Automation Center
Use the ServiceNow® Automation Center application to govern your end-to-end multi-vendor automation life cycles from one place. By using real-time dashboards, you can manage and measure the health of the automation and prevent automation failures across multiple vendors.
Document Intelligence
Document Intelligence is an artificial intelligence (AI) solution that enables any organization to automate and accelerate the process of extracting data from documents. That data can easily be integrated into larger automation workflows to save time and resources.
Integration Hub
Integration Hub enables execution of third-party APIs as a part of a flow when a specific event occurs in ServiceNow. These integrations, referred to as spokes, are easy to configure and enable you to quickly add powerful actions without the need to write a script. For example, you can post a message and incident details in a Slack channel when a high priority incident is created.
RPA Hub
Use the ServiceNow® Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Hub to enable end-to-end automation for your organization. With a combination of UI interactions, element-based automations, and APIs that interact between the various business applications, you can emulate user actions and eliminate mundane and repetitive human activities.
